Using this website, sending a message or requesting an appointment does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are seen at our office.
Appointments, payments and third-party services
Online appointment requests and bill payments are provided by Weave. Payment plans are offered by CareCredit and Alphaeon. Their services are governed by their own terms. Appointment requests are confirmed by our staff.
